A complete and reliable analysis of such a phenomenon as "personality" is optimal through the identification of social and individual in a person, their relationship and interdependence. Petrovsky, etc.) and identify four main characteristics of the individual:

- first, to be a person means to be a subject of one's own life, to build one's vital (in the broad sense) contacts with the world; this obviously includes both the life programs of a person and the ways of their realization through the relationship of a person with his natural and social environment;

- secondly, to be a person means to be a subject of subject activity;

third, to be a person is to be a subject of communication; moreover, " the author notes that it is impossible to be a subject of communication without some degree of ideal representation (reflection) of a person in the life of others men's;

- fourthly, to be a person means to be a subject itself

The mechanism of identification is involved in the consideration of the relationship of individualization and socialization. Identification in psychology is considered as the most important mechanism of socialization, manifested in the adoption of an individual's social role when entering the group, in the awareness of group membership, the formation of social attitudes (A. bandura, CH.Kuli). In modern literature there are two types of identity — personal and social.

The personality-oriented approach in pedagogy is based on the humanistic orientation and psychotherapeutic nature of the teacher's activity and aims at the free development of the creative individuality of a person.

Principles of humanistic psychology (A. Maslow, K. Rogers) reflect any direct impact on the individual, regardless of their goals (educational or health). Even the most outstanding educator also has no right to decide for the person what to be, how to ' build your life (where to work, with whom to communicate, etc.). Everyone has their own way of life, which he must go without shifting the responsibility for the choice, the decisions that he has to make. The individuality, uniqueness and uniqueness of each individual make up the wealth of society as a whole, and any artificial restriction of the free manifestation and development of the individual undermines its creative potential, and creates obstacles to self-realization.

However, often the representatives of the personality-oriented pedagogics of the concept of "personality" and "individuality" are determined by close racteristics in its essence. The result of development, as a concrete stage, is not detailed, and the task of education is only to assist a person in determining and improving his attitude to himself, other people, the surrounding activities, etc.

It seems to us that the personality should be considered as a whole unity of qualities of the subject and individuality. The subject is characterized by the ability to target — setting, taking into account human needs, and individuality-the ability to make decisions on the basis of the choice to implement the goals in specific socio-historical conditions. The acquisition of new needs and values included in the systems of a higher level (society and nature), as well as the development of cognitive tumors and the development of creative thinking should be considered a new quality for a person, which determines the personality. Based on this, the purpose of pedagogical activity is defined as the transformation from a self-organized system into a self-developing one, capable of reducing the entropy of its state. Pedagogical activity should include in this case: goal-setting based on universal values; impact on the environment of human life; organization of internal and external activities of the pupil and direct targeted impact on the individual.

Thus, the social and humanistic meaning of the profession of the p-dagogue is to transfer from generation to generation the achievements of human culture, to create personality, individuality. On the day of this high mission, he himself must be a creative personality. This also provides for a General strategy of modern pedagogical education. Overcoming the traditional mass-reproductive character, it now goes to the personal level, providing identification of the creative individuality of the teacher. The task of professional education of the future teacher is to identify and develop the creative potential of" individual abilities, unique personality traits and the formation on this basis of individual pedagogical style of activity and appropriate educational technologies.

The recognition by the modern education system of humanistic goals of education and the needs of the future specialist to find his or her method in the changing conditions of social reality make the problem of professional education very relevant. Analysis of psychological and pedagogical research shows that the process of education of the individual is very complex and multifaceted. It is accompanied by the actions of numerous and multidirectional factors, and is determined by the development of two interrelated processes — socialization and individualization. In professional education, a third process is added here-the professionalization of the individual. At the same time, personality acts as a subject of relations, individuality — as a subject of life. The unity of social and individual in a person is provided by the motivational "core", that is-the direction of the individual.

This gives grounds to consider as a subject of transformation in professional education professional orientation of the individual. Professional education in a broad sense, we consider as the management of the process of formation of socially significant system of professional relations, value-oriented and adapted to the goals of life of the future professional.
