Today, there are many areas that determine the bright future of our country and ensure its strength. The field of education is undoubtedly of special importance among them. Because the future of our nation, our nation is closely linked with the fate of the young generation that is growing up today.

From the first years of independence, the issue of reforming the education system has been focused on at the state policy level. At the heart of this unparalleled effort is this noble goal. Therefore, the development of any state and society is inextricably linked with the maturity, aspirations and enthusiasm of the younger generation. In this regard, the steady increase in investments from the state budget to the social sphere, including the reform of the education system, the training of highly qualified personnel within the laws and state programs in education, ensuring the effective integration of science and industry, educating young people in the spirit of national and universal values. the success of the tasks is particularly noteworthy. In world linguistics, the formation of personality at each stage of education is invaluable as a means of studying the principles of development, research on vital needs, preservation and transmission of national and spiritual values to future generations, creating a positive business environment, communication for economic and diplomatic cooperation.

In this regard, UNESCO, the Council of Europe, the European Commission for Education and Culture have established various organizations, committees, associations, research institutes and CEFR (Common European Framework of References). ) with the help of recommendations, modern approaches to the process of language acquisition at each stage of education, scientific research to improve its effectiveness. Language skills play a key role in the Strategy of Actions for the Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2017-2021, which aims to radically improve the effectiveness of reforms, ensure the full development of the state and society, create the necessary conditions for modernization and liberalization of all sectors. The study, conducted in accordance with the fourth direction of the Action Strategy, focuses on the development of social structure, the development of education, support of state youth policy, in-depth study of foreign languages, the use and development of new innovative methods. We all know that in today’s globalized society, knowing a certain foreign language, especially English, is very important. Because today we can cooperate with foreign countries in any field, assimilate their advanced and rich experience and bring them to our country, to communicate with them in foreign languages without difficulty shows how important it is to know foreign languages.

To teach and learn foreign languages in our country today the attention is stronger than ever. In teaching foreign languages in our country, they are taught not on the basis of outdated pedagogical programs, but on the basis of the experience of leading countries of the world. The development of qualified personnel, mature professionals who can contribute to the development of the country has become the main content of the educational program. The problem of staffing can be fully solved not only by meeting the need in terms of numbers, but also by achieving the teaching of teachers with high potential as teachers, fluent in foreign languages. They need to constantly improve their skills, create conditions and environment for them to work on themselves. To increase the effectiveness of the learning process, it is necessary to use a variety of tools, including didactic methods and techniques that take into account the specific characteristics and needs of language learners.

Curricula and syllabi in foreign languages should be analyzed in detail in order to identify existing shortcomings in the curriculum and syllabi and to create new types of them. Foreign language teachers should have in-depth knowledge of primary education pedagogy and foreign language teaching methodology and improve their skills in colleges or universities. Teaching a foreign language from an early school age not only forms general speaking skills in children, but also serves as a foundation for them to be able to communicate in a foreign language without encountering any obstacles in the future.

Today, one of the most important problems in foreign language teaching is the teaching of oral speech, which allows to reveal the communicative functions and diversity of language. Enriching the teaching process with a variety of didactic and communicative methods in engaging students in oral communication provides effective results in solving the above problems. In order to bring pedagogical innovations to the life of educational institutions on a large scale, it is necessary to create an environment of innovation in them, to form a certain moral and psychological state, to apply organizational, methodological and psychological measures.

This requires the development of creative functions of future teachers in higher education institutions, their consistent equipping with pedagogical innovations, training in the analysis and application of innovative methods. The lack of an innovative environment in higher education also has a significant impact on the quality of training of future teachers. As a result, students are not sufficiently aware of pedagogical innovations in practice. This, in turn, leads to the fact that their creativity, creativity does not develop, but rather fades. Due to the consistent adoption of innovations by young educators, the level of conflict between teachers working in a favorable environment in the pedagogical community is reduced, and old stereotypes in professional activities are eliminated.
