В статье рассматривается о таком компоненте как гражданское воспитание личности, освещённые в работах мыслителей Востока и в национальной педагогике (узбекские достаны – поэмы «Алпамыш», «Гуруглы», «Рустам достан») где прославляли патриотизм, героизм, любовь к Стране, верность слову и чести.

Thinkers of the East in their scientific treatises paid attention to the issues of civic education: a citizen of a virtuous state must respect the laws of his country, love his Homeland, respect the rights and freedom of other people (Farabi); respect all peoples, regardless of race, religion (today we would say to be tolerant), be honest, scientist, responsible for their deeds and deeds (Beruni); Mirzo Ulugbek loved history and emphasized its special role in Patriotic education. He noted the shortcomings of the existing history textbooks, which mainly focused on the history of Islam, described the life and deeds of the prophets. Fascinated by history, Ulugbek himself writes a textbook on the history of the" Four States of Chingizids " in Persian in a simple, understandable and accessible form. In this work Ulugbek talks about such concepts as love for the Motherland, respect for the defenders of the Motherland, the desire to prepare themselves for the protection of the Motherland. Alisher Navoi called to instill in the younger generation love for the Motherland, respect for man — the highest and most valuable gift of the Universe. Patriotism Navoi considering how active the quality of the person: everyone has to defend the Homeland, to fight for prosperity, abundance, happiness of its people. In the poem "Farhad and Shirin" sound motives of friendship between people of different nationalities. The plot of the poem is based on the friendship of Farhad (Chinese), Shanur (Iranian), Shirin (Armenian). Abdullah Avloni in his work glorifies love for the Motherland, friendship, brotherhood, mutual assistance and mutual respect of peoples, considers as highly moral qualities of people.

Objectives-the functions of civic education are implemented in a holistic pedagogical process, taking into account the age opportunities and characteristics of children and are divided into educational, educational and developmental. Educational purpose-function-to reveal universal and civil political value orientations of restructuring and renewal of society; to equip pupils with skills of political dialogue and discussion, oratory, clear and clear presentation of thought in free oral speech. Educational function-the inclusion of students in feasible and accessible social and civil activities. The developmental function follows from the educational and upbringing functions.

Patriotism and culture of international communication (patriotism). The school has always developed in children a sense of freedom, unity, equality and brotherhood. The essence of the concept of "patriotism" includes love for the Motherland, the land where he was born and grew up; pride in the historical achievements of the people. Patriotism is inextricably combined with internationalism and a sense of universal solidarity with the peoples of all countries. A special place in the international education of young people is the formation of feelings of unity, friendship, equality and brotherhood, uniting the peoples of Uzbekistan; culture of interethnic communication; of intolerance towards manifestations of national narrow-mindedness and chauvinistic arrogance. In this process, the role of truly national multi-ethnic culture, true to the truth of life, is great.

Great importance in the education of Patriotic feelings belongs to the educational process. In the classroom, students study the past and present of our country, get acquainted with the best representatives of science, culture, heroes of struggle and labor. Knowledge is the most important prerequisite for the emergence of Patriotic feelings. The lesson is a source of knowledge about the Motherland.

Human aspects of the civil and political bodied educations. The essence of the universal aspects of civil and political education is the formation of children's understanding of the unity and interdependence of the world, of equal importance for all peoples of peace and disarmament; environmental problems; protection and preservation of world art culture; economic, scientific, cultural cooperation, as well as social activity in the resolution of global contradictions.

The functions of universal education are: the development of children's consciousness of the objective nature of global contradictions, the inevitable involvement of each and every one to overcome them; ensuring students ' understanding of the unity and relationship of patriotism and internationalism with the solution of universal problems; establishing contacts and cooperation between children of all countries in order to jointly fight for peace, for the preservation of the environment, for the cooperation of artistic culture.
